Our approach to recruitment is simple and straight forward:

  • Prepare: We make a concerted effort to get to know our clients’ needs beyond just the position specification.  Our team begins its preparation by applying specific search requirements to our client’s culture and strategic direction to bring color and definition to a project. As part of this process we deliver customized and thorough research to assist clients in targeting specific, well understood segments of the market
  • Recruit: We leverage our scalable research platform and established network to quickly immerse ourselves in the recruiting process…attracting the right candidates, screening in depth against defined competencies, and providing clients with rich accurate information on each prospective hire
  • Close:  Our experience as both external search professionals, and in-house decision makers affords us a unique perspective on the nuances involved in closing from both the client and candidate points of view.  We act as responsible advocates for our clients and candidates during this phase to match organizational and individual goals, compensation needs and expectations, and management of the resignation and on-boarding process

We work on searches we know we can execute.  We will not take a project we don’t feel we can complete to the highest standard.  In the event we turn down a search, we are more than happy to assist our clients in finding a vendor more appropriate to serve them
