Our Experience:
Prior to founding A.H. Christian & Associates, Adam Christian was a Vice President with Citadel Investment Group, based in Chicago. During his time at Citadel, Adam worked directly with the Firm’s senior team to lead recruiting efforts in Quantitative Credit, Fundamental Credit, Fixed Income, Commodities, Foreign Exchange, and Global Risk. Adam’s experience includes building teams in New York, Chicago, London, Hong Kong and Tokyo across a variety of asset classes and functional disciplines.
Adam’s background spans more than 10 years of executive search experience with leading executive search firms, Vice President of Recruiting with a leading software and consulting firm, and a role as Co-Founder of a software startup focused on human capital management software solutions. Adam is a graduate of Marquette University.
